Ather Energy has introduced the Konarc, a new electric scooter aimed at providing affordability without sacrificing technology. The base model offers a 5.4 hp motor, a 2.1 kWh battery with about 50 miles of range, and can be charged from 0 to 80% in just four hours. More premium variants will offer larger batteries and additional features.
The top-tier Konarc Z model incorporates a 7-inch touchscreen dashboard featuring Google Maps-based navigation including live traffic updates and cricket scores, a proximity-sensing smart key that locks the scooter automatically when the rider moves away, and large under-seat storage with a power-assisted opening mechanism.
